The robot operates accurately, continuously and evenly, each part of the equipment is sprayed with the right amount of paint to have a perfect paint layer, leaving no drips or other defects.

SPACE-SAVING AND FITS.

A robotic arm with a paint spray gun helps reach more corners.
Industrial painting robots can reach far and deep into narrow spaces and dangerous locations, providing more floor space in the factory.

REDUCING LABOR.

Although the robot still require human supervision, instead of needing many people in the past, now only a single person is needed to operate the machine to complete the paint spraying job.
Previously, it took a worker a long time to cover every surface with paint. Today, industrial robots are programmed to recognize the edges of equipment so they can spray evenly without wasting paint.

PROTECTING WORKERS.
